I ran into my garage door by accident. Called Premier at around 6:00 pm. He said he would be out between 9:00 and 10:00 the next day and help me get my car out of the garage. Chris said he will check availability and get back with me. 2 hours later he called and said he would be at my house at 6:00 pm and install my new door. Keep in mind this was same day service. Chri showed up right a 6:00 pm and my old door was removed and new door installed in 1 hour and 15 minutes this included all trash picked up job site left spotless. Chris has great customer service skills and delivers what’s promised. After he was done he removed any finger prints on the new door and adjusted the automatic opener. He was not leaving until he was 100% satisfied. We tested the door a few times until he and I were satisfied. I was really surprised when he showed up with new springs and Teflon rollers. Chris does an amazing job! My door broke and he came right out, he fixed the door, gave me some recommendations and really worked with me on getting the door working for more than a fair price! We had Chris come out to replace our Garage Motor as well as some other old parts. Cant say enough good things about him and this company. Premier Garage Doors Technician showed up on time (called to confirm appointment). We walked through the status of garage door & opener, recommendation for repairs, with a breakdown of cost for each. No pressure to do the repairs now! Another garage door company provided a bid of over $800.00 to replace the spring only & the work needed to be done now to get that price. Premier Garage Door installed two springs and a new garage door opener, along with full preventative maintenance for $700.00 without any sales pressure! I recommend Premier Garage Door if you need any garage door work, due to their honesty and integrity! I guess they don't need to advertise on television; the just provide quality work.

Update 03/17/2021: Had a tenant break a large roll up door. I called PGD after hours and got the Owner Chris again. He had someone out in about 30 minutes to make sure the door was safe and that we could secure the building for the night. Excellent customer service again!

Had my garage door motor making some strained noise. Reached out to the owner Chris Burgess through FB Messenger after coming across a post from him in The Market Place. He had me take some photos and was able to diagnose the issue through that. Offered to come out the same night (Sunday 02/14/2021) to fix it. Since I was out I asked for another time and he came out the following day (02/15/2021). He communicated throughout the day to let me know of schedule changes. He explained what happened and what to look for in the future. Fast, friendly, expertise service!

Premier Garage Doors was the most inexpensive when compared to at least 4 other companys. Chris was awesome!! I needed my garage door replaced ASAP and Chris got everything scheduled and replaced within a week. He was friendly and professional as well. Not only did he finish the job super quickly, he went above and beyond. He came back a second time to adjust my sensors (which he did not install) and replaced a part that wasnt working FOR FREE!
